Acceptable Use Policy

Guidelines for contributors and data providers working with Xyntriq.

1. Lawful Data Collection

You may only collect and submit data that you are lawfully entitled to collect. You must ensure that your data collection activities do not violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.

2. Consent and Privacy

You must obtain clear, informed consent before recording other people or capturing images/video of private spaces. You should never submit personal, confidential, or sensitive data (such as financial information, health records, or identification numbers) without explicit permission and prior coordination with Xyntriq.

3. Content Standards

Any data or content you submit must not be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must not submit deceptive content or data that intends to mislead AI systems or human validators.

4. Quality and Compliance

All submissions must follow the specific project instructions and quality guidelines provided by Xyntriq. Failure to follow instructions or attempting to bypass quality control measures is a violation of this policy.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your contributor account and any organization codes provided to you. You must not share your credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to Xyntriq platforms.

6. Consequences of Misuse

Misuse of Xyntriq platforms or violation of these guidelines may lead to immediate removal from the contributor program, rejection of submissions, and forfeiture of any associated payments. Xyntriq reserves the right to report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
